I cannot believe it’s taken me this long to journal the intimate and serene Richmond wedding of Lorraine and Andrew. When Lorraine contacted me about documenting their Church Hill ceremony and reception I knew that this would be an incredible day. Their vision was to host a small ceremony at a local spot in the neighborhood with a private reception to follow at The Roosevelt. It was a dreamy fall day, with light just pouring in from over the rooftops onto their ceremony in the garden. After the ceremony we walked through Church Hill and captured their love amongst the roses and historic homes, and then a boisterous dinner with cocktails steadily flowing from the bar was an incredible end to a perfect day.
